Game boards in two new craft forms were designed at Ramsons by Raghu Dharmendra, last year. One craftform was done on beautiful coloured cotton fabric with mesmerising Lambani embroidery of Sandur. Another was the beautiful zari weaving on silk cloth; Mysore is famous for its crepe silk.
We had been planning to create boardgames in these two craft forms since past 15 years but finally it materialised in the year 2022 just before our 9th edition of Kreedaa Kaushalya exhibition. We were excited to get these amazing board games released by the chief guest Sri S. Murugan I.P.S. Following are the gameboards created using these two craft forms.
